About Neil Johnston

Neil is a father, son and brother

A person, who has lived many different lives, met and taken on many challenges and on some occasions was told by some people ‘Don’t touch it!’ This only made him more convinced that he should take it on. Neil’s learning has come direct from life choices based on what he needed to learn and then the consequent experiences.

Neil has the tenacity and strength of character to take on the toughest challenges and develop a plan. He always finds a way.

Neil is a strategic thinker

His logic provides the resource to clearly work through issues, but it’s his intuition that sets him apart from the others in the field.

The combination of strategy, logic, real life experience and intuition provide a formidable base from which to see the issues differently and unlock the previously intractable situations.

Neil’s most powerful contrast

He takes the most broken situation, provides a new direction which is solution focused and measurable and then gently transitions people through the change process.
