Resolving Team Conflict

Your business is unique, your colleagues are unique and so is your story. If someone sat down and really listened to you and your story, I am sure there are a number of ways to create the change you want and most likely deserve.

I have a different background to most. My dream has been to build this business. It is my lifetime ambition.

We take on the harder jobs and issues that others won’t, don’t or can’t resolve.

This is what we do

  • Listen to you
  • Discuss the direct and indirect impacts of the issue/s
  • Work out how much it is costing you personally, financially in staff dissatisfaction, losing good staff and loss of profits?

If you wish to proceed we indicate the stages and costs for your prior approval

  • Design a plan to address all points in the right sequence
  • Discuss the planned approach with you
  • Confirm what we will do, when it will be done and specify the measures of success
  • Interview the key players and consider accessing staff input as well
  • Compare responses from the interviews and develop or update the plan
  • Implement the plan in the shortest contact period that is required and appropriate to achieve the specified results
  • Conclude the process

Yes, anyone can follow the process but our unique talent is to interpret the information received into a plan which is acceptable to both staff and management.

There is another benefit you should consider. We only recommend you contribute resources where needed. We do not recommend sending all staff to a workshop, thereby increasing the cost to your organisation, when it is really only necessary for one or two people to attend.

An example 2 people should go to training but the organisation feels reluctant to single them out. So instead of sending two people, they send 20.2days lost productivity as against 20 days lost, with 18 people now wondering why they were sent. What’s worse the two people did not get anything out of it because they were in a group dominated by their peers.
