For the past 20 years I have been developing and refining my approach to create, incorporate and manage change for people and workplaces. My process is broken into stages designed to fit with you and your strengths.

My strategy is to listen to you, to see what has happened, to discuss the change you would like to see and the timeframe in which you would like to see results. This is a free, no obligation service and tells me if I am the right person for you and the job.

Fixing Toxic Teams

I have taken on roles and challenges others have believed to be too daunting. Sometimes these situations give rise to what are called toxic workplaces. But wherever there are difficulties within a workplace, I apply my skills, knowledge and experience to get the business or group of people back on board with a common direction again.

In addition to these roles I may also conduct a change risk assessment. This ensures there is a logical, sequenced approach to implementing change that avoids the need to halt or interrupt work processes. It’s also important that we don’tend up with competing goals which can confuse people and stifle progress.

Developing individuals in the workplace

To cater and care for individuals I have incorporated a ‘coaching approach’ in all my work as it maximises the adoption of new approaches, skills and growth. It also addresses the risk of inherent dependency on the Coach as the skills and growth are implemented during the program. It costs nothing to contact me and discuss your needs. I have worked with individual managers and supervisors, up to teams of 140 people.

When you engage my service you are getting one person who is proficient and skilled to manage workplace conflict and implement change. You do not need different consultants for problem analysis, change implementation and consequent staff development. This reduces the time and costs involved in getting solutions to workplace conflict.
