Workplace Conflict Coaching
Your ultimate aim is to address the change you need and move on.
My ultimate aim is that I want to be a part of your business for a short and intensive period of time. Time to make the change needed and then move away so you can get on with your life and your business. Of course I am available for follow up if necessary me but it is important to me to get you and your business on to its own solid footing in that initial period of time.
Why would you consider my services? Because you talk directly to me. I tailor my program to your current issues and your workplace demands. This is how I get teams and businesses back on track. And by the way I love my work. I restore and build strength within you and your team, so you can see the real results in your workplace.
How did the workplace get so bad?
Put simply, the little things grow into larger issues, become more complex and interrelated and then become too emotionally difficult to rectify. Perhaps the typical management processes that usually work didn’t this time even though it may have looked the same as a prior issue.
With the benefit of hindsight it’s easy to look back and see some missed opportunities, but at the time they may not have appeared significant or the issue/s would not go away. At this point it’s common for management and staff to lose confidence in believing a workable and timely solution can be found.
So is it time for a fresh start?
- Do you have any untried options left open to you?
- How long can you afford not to fix it?
- Are good staff leaving?
- Is communication in the workplace becoming politicised?
- Is the grapevine becoming increasingly active?
- Is there always a long story attached to any issues?
Have you had enough yet?
Has it all gone too far?
By now you may be watching events happen to you (almost as an innocent bystander?) and your team of people - the things you have built - start to crack and crumble around you.
You seem to be 100% responsible for everything that goes wrong but completely powerless when it comes to how to fix it. This equals dangerous stress levels.
It is an awful experience to go through and just as hard to watch for those close to you. The cardinal rule for me is “Do something!” Anything is better than just waiting for the inevitable failure of your business and maybe even your dream. I hope that “something” is to contact me.
